Why Do We Resist Change? What Can We Do To Embrace It?

I am thinking about why we resist change a lot lately; if for no other reason, there is a lot of it coming. Yes, for me personally, but also for real estate professionals in general. I ask questions and listen to answers to seek out the “why” of this because it will help people so much to embrace change. Change is often good—not always, but often needed—and nonetheless, it is going to happen, and resisting it just makes it more painful.
